Data Subject Application Form

You may submit requests concerning your rights under Article 11 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 to Toruklar Group Construction Automotive Jewelry Food Trade Ltd.

Required Information

• Full name and, for legal entities, proof of authority,

• Turkish identity number or passport/foreign identity number,

• Postal address, email address and phone number,

• A clear and specific description of the request,

• Supporting information and documents,

• Signature and preferred response method.

How to Apply

Applications may be delivered by hand or notary to Yeni Mahallesi, 5114/10. Sokak No:66 Cayirova/Kocaeli with the subject “Data Subject Application”, or sent using an identity-verifiable method to info@torukgroup.com.tr.

Response

Requests are answered free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty days, depending on their nature. A fee may apply where additional cost is incurred under the tariff determined by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board. Additional verification may be requested for incomplete or unauthorised applications.

Available Requests

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction where conditions are met, request notification to recipients, object to certain automated outcomes and seek compensation for unlawful processing.
